Too Dirty for the Internet?

The Tilly and Elmer stories are available at Amazon (search the Kindle Store), at Apple's iBooks Store, and at e-book stores at Barnes and Noble, Sony, and others. They are also available, in any format you like, for reading on a computer or e-reader at "Smashwords" which acts as the publisher for these retailers. After uploading "Tilly and Elmer Get Crazy",  I received the following note from "Smashwords". 

"Some of our retailers are super-sensitive to nudity (even illustrated nudity). Per the Smashwords TOS, we don't allow floppy bits, nipples, nudity, butt cracks or graphic sexual content on cover images or inside material. Please upload a new or altered image at Dashboard > Settings > Upload New Cover.

Thanks." 

Apparently, they were worried about the drawing of Tilly's bare nipple on the cover. My first thought was "Cool, I wrote something too dirty for the internet!" My second thought was "What?". I decided to respond by creating a "Gold Star Edition", in which any bits that could be considered naughty, and some that couldn't be, are covered by gold stars, as was done in the 1950's. For now Tilly and Elmer are available, uncensored, at Amazon, and censored at Smashwords and their retailers.
